Step 1: Power vacuum entire room.
Step 2: Topical deodorizing with professional strength odor counteractants of effected areas.
Step 3: IICRC hot water extraction of the entire room with Rotary Jet Extractor to remove the source from face fibers only. (not addressing the padding or backing).
Step 4: Urine stain remover application (No guarantee of stain removal & could lighten carpets color).
Step 5: Speed dry and groom carpets (light furniture moving & tab or blocking included).

Step 3: Water claw sub-surface extraction of effected areas flushing to remove from back and pad.
Step 4: IICRC hot water extraction with Rotary Jet Extraction of entire room to remove the source from face fibers.
Step 5: Urine stain remover application (No guarantee of stain removal & could lighten carpets color).
Step 6: Speed dry and groom carpets (light furniture moving & tab or blocking included).
Step 1: Disengage carpet and remove contaminated pad and tack strip as needed.
Step 2: Seal floor with urine odor barrier.
Step 3: Cover floor w/ poly sheeting (will stay permanently and will be trimmed at re-install).
Step 4: Place carpet back in place and saturate with Pet Odor Pretreatment dwell 30 min then hot water extraction from surface.
Step 5: Clean the rest of the room via hot water extraction with Rotary Jet extractor.
Step 6: Urine stain remover application (No guarantee of stain removal & could lighten carpets color).
Step 7: Speed dry and Groom carpets (light furniture moving & tab or blocking included).
Step 8: After 5 days we will call and repeat or schedule re-installation. (wall & baseboard treatment and large furniture moving additional).

System 3 Guarantee: Bock’s Steam Star, Inc. will provide additional products and services the company
deems necessary to control residual odors from canine/feline contamination in the areas as outlined in
the survey for a period of 1 year at no additional charge or will refund the charges. This Guarantee is
null and void when pets have access to or remain within a treated structure.

General whole house deodorizer: (for minor urine and household odors) Run organic pairing agent during hot water extraction rinse to flush product through face fibers under heat and pressure.Enzyme topical spray (for a few spots in multiple rooms) Apply bioenzymatic product after normal hot water extraction.

the highest level of safe bacteria possible produce multiple enzymes to digest odors at the source.
