How to take Bock’s Steam Star to the cleaners

 We are not trying to be Barney’s Bargain Basement Cleaning Company but there are programs that we want you to know about because who doesn’t like a discount, right? Here are five ways that you can take Bock’s Steam Star to the cleaners.

 

1. Multi service discounts.  Plan ahead and book more of our services at one time. Our biggest expense is labor, so drive time to your home or business is very costly. If you book more services, we can give you a bigger discount.  For example, you can have your carpets cleaned and your tile or have us take the Oriental rug to clean all at the same time. You will save half the pick-up and delivery charge plus the discount on tile cleaning.  If you like, we can come out quote multiple services. That way we maximize our time and you save money.

 

2. Get on our email list. Postal rates have forced us to cut back on mailing offers, so our primary way to keep our clients informed is email. We promise we won’t send junk or sell the list and currently it’s just once a month. We include a tip on maintaining your carpet and a great offer on one or more of our services. Simply Text the word BOCK to 22825 and you’re done. You may also sign up on our website www.steamstar.net

 

3. Referral Reward Program. After each job we leave you new client discount cards to pass out to friends, family and co-workers. Put your name in the space provided. If we get a new client we will send you a referral reward certificate in the mail valued at 10% of the initial cleaning. You can save these up and use them all at your next cleaning. If you don’t need the cleaning, mail it back to us and we will cut you a check and mail it back. Please keep track of them because we don’t once they are mailed out. Social media is a great way to earn more referrals too so go ahead and advertise for us. We’d rather pay our clients and friends than some advertising firm and word of mouth is still the best form. Rest assured that we will take good care of your referral because we are a referral-based company.

 

4. Six Month Bock Buck’s. For clients that use us at least every 6 months, we leave you a $50 “Bock Buck” at the end of the job that can be used at the next visit. We recognize if you stay up with carpet cleaning in at least 4 of your heavy use rooms, it’s easier to clean. People ask me from time to time about maintenance plans; this is our answer with no contract required. Naturally,  this is focused on residential homes but commercial contract cleaning is certainly available.

 

5. Lie about your ageJ  We offer a 10% discount to seniors or better if another discount is applicable but we can’t combine offers (except for referral rewards they are treated like cash).

We always have a minimum cleaning charge regardless of offers so just have more cleaned then we can apply the discounts. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you- Brian and Bryan.
