Step 1: Place corner guards to protect walls.
Step 2: HEPA vacuum carpet to remove dry soils that damage carpet fiber.
Step 3: Professional hand spotting with 12 different agents as needed.
Step 4: All traffic patterns and heavy soiled areas will be preconditioned with hot natural specialty solutions designed to suspend oils and soils.
Step 5: Agitate carpet with carpet groomer or Power Wand to lift and separate matted fibers in addition to even distribution of detergents.
Step 6: Soil & residue extraction with low moisture, high performance hot water extraction unit that contains a SOAP FREE rinsing agent that’s recommended for stain resistant carpets in addition to wool and special fibers..
Step 7: Application of fabric softener (PH neutralizer) to remove detergent residue according to manufacturers’ specification, leaving fibers soft and cleaner longer.
Step 8: Pile setting and grooming of carpet.
Step 9: Block and tab all furniture that was moved. NOTE: We do not move beds, electronics, large heavy furniture, pianos or antiques.
Step 10: Place high velocity air mover to minimize dry time, 4-24hrs max.
