Step 1: Place corner guards to protect walls

Step 2: HEPA vacuum carpet to remove dry soils that damage carpet fiber.

Step 3: Detail vacuum around baseboards and under bed (if cleared out).

Step 5: All traffic patterns and heavy soiled areas will be preconditioned with hot natural specialty solutions designed to suspend oils and soils.

Step 6: Agitate carpet with carpet groomer or Power Wand to lift and separate matted fibers in addition to even distribution of detergents.

Step 7: Soil & residue extraction with low moisture, high performance hot water extraction unit that contains a SOAP FREE rinsing agent that’s recommended for stain resistant carpets in addition to wool and special fibers.

Designed to clean heavy use rooms more frequently (6 months or less) or lightly soiled rooms.

TRAFFIC LANES ONLY – No furniture will be moved. This system provides a good value, but DOES NOT include all steps according to IICRC standards.

Step 3: Soil & residue extraction with low moisture, high performance hot water extraction unit that contains a SOAP FREE rinsing agent that’s recommended for stain resistant carpets in addition to wool and special fibers.

Step 4: Application of fabric softener (PH neutralizer) to remove detergent residue according to manufacturers’ specification, leaving fibers soft and stabilizing the dyes.

Step 5: Pile setting and grooming of carpet.

Step 6: Post Inspection walk through. We’re not satisfied until you are!
